Home Care Workers At Home Instead (Durham) bond and build meaningful relationships with clients. In your role, you will deliver outstanding care in a number of ways to clients in their own homes, including; personal care, help at home and companionship.
As the role is community based, you'll need access to your own transport and a flexible approach.
You will receive full training equipping you with the ability to deliver exceptional care. We train you to feel confident and to succeed in your role. From their onboarding induction programme though to ongoing and advanced training, they provide you with transferable skills and up to date knowledge.
