But just as important is that they value people skills that you’ve developed with years of experience providing care to a wide range of people, for example Clients with dementia, parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, those with age related conditions and maybe those approaching the end of their lives. A minimum of 2 years experience in a regulated setting is required with an NVQ in adult health & social care an advantage.
