To have a drive and passion to provide effective high-quality care
To help their clients with their personal care needs
To help their clients with their daily routines and household tasks
To help their clients with their social activities such as; shopping, attending events or local community groups
To help with meal and medication preparation
To ensure that all needs and preferences that are stated in the care plan are being fulfilled
To promote independence and wellbeing
To provide outstanding companionship that makes the client feel as though they are the most important person in the world.

Hourly rates starting from £9.00 per hour and increasing dependent on your ability to provide outstanding care
Enhanced pay for Bank Holidays
Paid Shadowing Shifts
30p per mile paid to cover any travel and petrol costs
