Walfinch are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join their team based in High Wycombe. Walfinch Support Workers work together in meeting the personal care needs of our clients in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes the independence required to live in their own home and community.
No experience is necessary as full training is given. Walfinch pay a great hourly rate plus mileage from home door to home door. Please note it is a requirement that all applicants have a Full Driving Licence and constant access to a reliable vehicle in order to be considered for this position.
The area Walfinch cover is High Wycombe and the surrounding towns and villages of Mid and South Buckinghamshire

The job may include companionship, transportation, house cleaning (minimal), personal hygiene for male and females, food preparation and medication prompting. It will not include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.
