‘Right at Home – Leeds East’ is committed to providing excellent and compassionate person-to-person care, by attracting and training the right people in the in-home care sector.
They will do this by making sure that their staff are fairly compensated and are provided a collaborative working environment. They aim to exercise transparency and fairness throughout the decision-making process.
CareGivers will be encouraged to work in a ‘no-blame culture’ and report any lapses in practices or gaps in training. THeir aim is to make sure standards are always maintained.
Staff will know that they can express concerns and seek assistance, safe in the knowledge they will be supported where possible. They will operate a collaborative management style to improve standards, where and when required.
They will select and train their staff, and as part of their own due diligence, and for the safety of our cared for, they insist on all their staff having either a basic or where appropriate, an enhanced DBS (background) check. They will also offer first aid training, which they will pay for.
All Right at Home staff will be equipped with an advanced on-line Client Management Reporting system to help manage their cared for, this enables for more transparent checks and reports for management and families.
Their staff will be expected to provide as much formal and informal feedback either via their app reporting systems, or just a via friendly phone call.
