Job summary
Role Overview:
As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support to
individuals in their homes or within our care facilities, ensuring
their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your role will
involve assisting with daily living activities, promoting
independence, and delivering care that respects the dignity and
individuality of each service user.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting, in line with individual care plans.

Support service users with mobility, meal preparation, and medication administration (if trained and competent).

Foster a positive and respectful relationship with service users, promoting their independence and choice.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, in compliance with CQC standards.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to protect the welfare of service users.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
