Live-In Care
A professional carer lives in your home to provide 24/7 support, helping with daily tasks and offering reassurance day and night.

Live-in care starts from approximately £1900.00 per week, with final pricing tailored to your specific care needs.

Overnight Care
We offer both sleeping night and waking night options, depending on whether active support is needed throughout the night.

Hand on my heart, the care that my mum receives is more than we could of hoped for. Mum would be so happy with her care, if only she could communicate I know that she would say that her carers are like angels, because she was a carer herself. Never ever do we have to complain.

Overall Experience

Mum is 100 years old and with four care visits a day, Sincerity Health Care is helping us keep her in her own home where she feels safe and content. All of the carers are kind to her and considerate of her needs. We, in turn, can be confident they will always turn up and treat Mum with respect. We couldn't be happier with the service Mum receives but more importantly, nor could she. Well done to the whole team!

I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Sincerity Health Care, Daventry. From the first point of contact to all the wonderful ladies who came, on time, each day to care for my mother - including public holidays. They always arrived with a smile and were all so kind and caring, ensuring Ma, who is hard of hearing, could understand them. To the point where Ma looked forward to their daily visits and enjoyed their company and all they did for her. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Overall Experience

The care from all the carers we have had over the last year has been great. Each carer goes out of their way to make sure my mother is comfortable. Sometimes due to my mother's mental health problems she can be rather challenging, but the carers deal with it politely and do their best.

Friendly and sensitive carers give adaptable support to two elderly people with very difficult needs. They can't go out, so the chat and sociability of carers are really invaluable to their happiness and sense of well-being and is much appreciated.

Sincerity Healthcare stepped in at short notice to support my elderly aunt at home, following a fairly lengthy stay in hospital. They provided 24-hour one-to-one care for just over a month (Dec 21 - Jan 22).
I was pleased to meet the managers beforehand - they came to my aunt's flat before she arrived home. I was particularly pleased to be introduced to the two main carers at the same time.
The carers familiarised themselves with my aunt's flat and her needs quickly and efficiently and were very supportive and caring.
I found the communication with the company reassuringly prompt - emails were always answered swiftly, and we had a number of phone calls. They were also willing to talk through options after the care package ended.

My aunt ended up returning to the hospital for another week in the middle of the care package, and Sincerity Healthcare was very flexible about staffing her return, even though it was on Christmas Eve.

Sincerity Health Care company took care of Mum for three years. Dementia meant she wasn't always easy to help. But the staff from Sincerity were fantastic. I would like to thank them for their care and support for both Mum and myself.
