About You

You don’t need formal qualifications – just empathy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. If you bring the right values, we’ll provide all the training and support you need. Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.

You must have:

• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Access to your own car with business insurance

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different – but your core focus will be helping people live fulfilling, independent lives. That could include:

• Encouraging independence and supporting with daily routines
• Assisting with personal care, meals, and medication
• Helping with household tasks and joining in everyday activities
• Providing companionship, laughter, and emotional support
• You’ll be helping people not just live, but thrive.

Important Info

This role requires an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, which will be obtained for you by SCA.
