We offer flexible hours:
- daily hours from 5hr - 12hr shift (7am - 2pm & 2pm - 9pm or 930am - 1430pm )
- 15 hrs weekly
- 20 hrs weekly
- 30 - 45 hrs weekly
No experience? Not a problem! Experience is desirable, but we provide full training and ongoing support.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within their own homes, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence.
Duties
- Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing etc).
- Support with medication administration.
- Prepare meals and support with Food & Fluids.
- Monitor client health and report any concerns.
- Assisting with mobility and light exercises.
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence.
- Building positive relationships and offering companionship.
What we are looking for:
- Genuine passion for care and helping others.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability to work
- UK driving licence is required (Company car available)
- Previous care experience is desirable but not required.
