Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Job Location: Ranges from Pinner, Harrow area, North Harrow, South Harrow, Hatch End, Stanmore, Ruislip, Kenton, Harrow Weald.

Job Description

• You will need to be able to assist our clients who need help getting up and going to bed in the morning, lunch and evenings.
• The role includes dressing and undressing, washing, bathing, changing of pads, use of commmode, transfer, feeding and prompting medication when needed.
• You will need to help customers with their mobility and with any physical disabilities, including incontinence and use of personal aids and equipment.
• You should provide care and support for customers who are terminally ill.
• You should be able to make and change beds, light cleaning, empty commodes and general tidying at times.
• You can set tables and trays, prepare and serve light meals, clearing away and washing up.
• You should be able to work in a team as sometimes 2 carers will be needed on site to work together and fulfil the client's needs.
• We would like you to treat clients with care and dignity, putting their needs first as you represent RMH Care.

Skills/Qualifications: 

• Driver license preferred (priority and benefit), Non-drivers welcomed.
• NVQ Level 2 preferred (priority and benefit), Full training provided if new.
• Reliable.
• Punctual.
• Caring attitude.
• Teamwork.
