Good service. A very kind and helpful lady. She is always smiling and does my cleaning very willingly. She helps me with my lunch and is always smiling. I think of her as my daughter. Thank you very much. I am very happy with her. She does everything. She is a beautiful angel and we need more people

Mostly timely. Very caring and do the work well. Accommodating where possible. Take on feedback from us and adapt. Tasks they can do are restricted because of mobility. Guess we have to adjust to some things also.

My carer very thorough and professional. She checks my medication asks if I have eaten, if not insists on making something. she is delightful to have as a carer and involves me in conversation.

My wife has only been using the service for a few days, and the experience so far has been excellent. This is down to the personal work of the carers Guri and Jenny. If these ladies are representative of all staff, then I am sure clients will be very satisfied. Not enough experience to assess Management
and value for money.

To date the care team have delivered a service which is friendly, professional, reliable, and compassionate. Every visit leaves my father comfortable and cared for. The carers have been attentive, patient, and kind and they have built a warm, trusting bond allowing personalised care and open communication.


Consistency has been key - having the same carer each visit has made all the difference. Delivered with empathy and understanding this care has truly stood out.

The care provided to my father was exceptional. The manager clearly prioritised high-quality care, and the carers were consistently kind, tolerant, and thoughtful in their approach. They used initiative when my father was reluctant to do things he needed to, and when my husband became ill, they stepped
up even further to ensure everything was covered. Communication with me was excellent-they kept me informed, asked for help when needed, but were never a nuisance. All of my father's needs were met, and they even managed his post carefully and securely. The estate manager and neighbouring residents also noted how timely and approachable the carers were. We felt genuinely supported throughout, and I'm deeply grateful for the respectful and attentive care my father received.

My carer is a very kind and considerate person. She is a joy to arrive each morning with her lovely smile and personality. I buried my father last week. He died peacefully in his sleep with dignity in the comfort of his own home. RMH Care Ltd were a big part of that. We couldn't have given my father the quality of life that he had towards the end without them. Always on time, the same familiar faces, always willing to
do whatever was needed to put my father's comfort first. Always there for mum and I. It's not easy to lose someone but I take solace in the fact that we did everything we could to ease his passing. Thank you. I won't forget what you did for him.
