Carers give me a good service. However I would like them to speak English at all times.this would me me feel more included whilst in their care.

My wife has only been using the service for a few days, and the experience so far has been excellent. This is down to the personal work of the carers Guri and Jenny. If these ladies are representative of all staff, then I am sure clients will be very satisfied. Not enough experience to assess Management and value for money.

Our carer is a very friendly and likeable man. He is also a very reliable guy. Very pleased so far.

To date the care team have delivered a service which is friendly, professional, reliable, and compassionate. Every visit leaves my father comfortable and cared for. The carers have been attentive, patient, and kind and they have built a warm, trusting bond allowing personalised care and open communication.

Consistency has been key - having the same carer each visit has made all the difference. Delivered with empathy and understanding this care has truly stood out.

Our experience as a family feels that the care our mother has been having from the carer has been excellent in all areas. She has been very efficient and very kind.

The service offered has been fantastic under the circumstances. The staff are friendly, professional, kind and understanding. They are punctual and have helped my mother in dealing with all her problems. Nothing is too much for them.

The care provided to my father was exceptional. The manager clearly prioritised high-quality care, and the carers were consistently kind, tolerant, and thoughtful in their approach. They used initiative when my father was reluctant to do things he needed to, and when my husband became ill, they stepped up even further to ensure everything was covered. Communication with me was excellent-they kept me informed, asked for help when needed, but were never a nuisance. All of my father's needs were met, and they even managed his post carefully and securely. The estate manager and neighbouring residents also noted how timely and approachable the carers were. We felt genuinely supported throughout, and I'm deeply grateful for the respectful and attentive care my father received.

The carers have been wonderful to my mum. They are so kind and gentle with her and keep me informed every day and let me know straight away whenever there is a problem. I would have no hesitation recommending them to take care of you or your loved ones.

The carer is very caring, understanding, patient, very good communication. Very good with my wife.

My carer is a very kind and considerate person. She is a joy to arrive each morning with her lovely smile and personality. I would love for her to be my permanent carer as she cares for me so well and her massages are amazing. She arrives at 9am each morning and that time suits me best and which I do not want to change.

We have been delighted with all levels of communication and care during this time and very much recommend their services to any one looking for a carer.

I buried my father last week. He died peacefully in his sleep with dignity in the comfort of his own home. RMH Care Ltd were a big part of that. We couldn't have given my father the quality of life that he had towards the end without them. Always on time, the same familiar faces, always willing to do whatever was needed to put my father's comfort first. Always there for mum and I. It's not easy to lose someone but I take solace in the fact that we did everything we could to ease his passing. Thank you. I won't forget what you did for him.

We are happy with the service they provide. They ensure the patient is comfortable and handle the patient with care. They are doing an excellent job.

My uncle was very reluctant + defensive of having carers. They have adjusted to his ways + needs and he is settled with the set up now, which is a massive achievement. I'm grateful for what they do + the communication. My uncle is also grateful.

We've had 3 carers so far in the past week and they have all been friendly and polite with my father. They always arrive promptly and have been a great support for our family.

The carers are very professional in their caring duties - always very pleasant - taking their time carrying out their duties very efficiently - nothing too much bother - very gently, kind and engaged with the person they are looking after.

I recommend them highly.
