Friendly, polite, very helpful, and punctual.

Really pleased with the care my dad received. The ladies that come three times a day are our backbone; they are so polite and can't do enough for us. I love the way they speak to Dad whilst caring for him, and they always talk things through with myself and my mum. They are always on time every time; I can not fault these ladies in any way. I praise the work they do, and we are so pleased to have them in our home and caring for my dad. Thank you so much ladies, we appreciate everything you do. I would like to thank them for everything they do and are going for Dad. They are so polite, they talk and laugh with Dad at every visit, which I love hearing. They are our backbone, and I am pleased and blessed to have them caring for my dad. They are brilliant ladies; it's like we've known them all our lives. Such caring and remarkable ladies. Great attention to detail of care down to making sure pillows are arranged where wanted. Very friendly.

I had a stroke in 2020 and RMR Care was assigned to look after me, for the past year almost. I always look forward to seeing them. Very kind staff, caring and punctual. I thank the manager she is also too caring. She always updates me when any changes. Thanks to RMH Staff.

The carers were: caring, thoughtful, efficient, and formed a very friendly and chatty relationship with my husband. When there were any problems the carer politely told the manager who informed myself so that my husband was not distressed. His needs, care, and dignity were at the paramount of their minds and I am grateful for their service.

Marvellous people. So kind, understanding, and patient. Very, very nice, unflappable, etc. Very hardworking. They have taken a massive strain off me. I was nearly having a nervous breakdown before - so I am very grateful. Thank you, ladies.

The service provided is first class - thank you. The carer has made what is a very challenging and emotional time bearable. A smile and a very caring disposition go a long way. By showing me how I can help with the care of my partner along with the carer in the morning, for example, working with her to help with dressing and changing has made me feel involved in my partner's personal care and well being. The service of setting up the care in the first instance has also been very good.

The care for my neighbour from the carers has been extremely good. They show kindness, dignity for the patient. Very caring.

We have been receiving care for my 84-year-old mother for over 2 years. Initially, 3 visits a week to support her taking a shower, following a recent fall my mother is visited 4 times a day by 4 carers. The original carer never once let us down. She is extremely professional, friendly and caring, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Now my mother is visited more regularly there is a team of 6 carers who are all as professional and caring as our original carer. All the staff have given excellent advice. Big thank you to the manager of RMH for her continuing commitment to ensuring an excellent quality of care is provided to my mother. The manager is always available to help in any situation and this was evident following the death of my father. Thank you again RMH.

The staff were so kind and compassionate and totally professional and made his last days much easier. They provided so much support for my mother-in-law and were there for her right to the end.

The care my dad has had from the carers who visit him four times a day is second to none. He is very pleased to be looked after by such lovely caring people. He described the care as exceptional and it makes such a difference to his day.

The carer is very pleasant and attentive to the client and does what is required for the client. They are polite and timely on a daily basis.

I have also seen the team that come every day to be patient and not without a sense of humour.
