Excellent service provided - kind, caring and very supportive. I don't know how we would have coped without them. The team assigned to my mum are brilliant and I cannot fault them.
The carers are very friendly and efficient. They are gentle when bathing my husband and caring for his needs. They arrive promptly three times each day and tidy up afterwards. We look forward to seeing them.
I have always found RMH Care to be professional and caring. They have taken great interest in my relative and tailored the care to her needs. They have friendly and supportive carers who take a great interest in all that they do to make my mother-in-law's life happy and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
The team were fantastic with caring for my Nan. They were patient, understanding and kind. They were also extremely observant of any changes in her condition and worked with us to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. My mother refused to be washed by any carer before. One of the carers changed all of that. My mother actually asked what time she was coming. So kind and caring always reassuring. An absolute good job.
