We have been using RMH Care for the past 18 months and have valued their support during their time. This is for continuing support for my husband following several falls and and fractures. This has been followed by walking and exercises which have been prescribed by a physiotherapist. My husband
has progressed well with this continued care. The carer who visits my husband is absolutely wonderful. Her kindness, patience and genuine care are evident in everything she does. Knowing he is in such capable and caring hands gives ,e great peace of mind.

Have found the carers to be really great help to my mother and family. Both lovely ladies, very personable Navneet has explained always whatever needs to be done and takes on board anything we ask. Khushboo also a great help. Both really caring and we are grateful for their help and professionalism.

The carers have been amazing. They care for my father with respect, compassion and care. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism. They come on time and go above and beyond. Please thank them for everything they are doing.

Excellent care agency. Very professional and organised management. Very accomodating.
The carers are excellent. They are very caring, attentive to details and very kind. They treat my mother with utmost respect, with smiles and really try to involve her in her care despite advance dementia.
They
meticulously follow the care plan and leave the house very tidy as agreed. Thank you ladies!

The carer always arrives at the time requested and asks if any problems to deal with before she starts to bathe my wife. Tender care with washing and applying creams, re dressing and teeth brushing. Always makes sure my wife is comfortable in her chair with a blanket over her knees.
A very pleasant
carer and my wife looks forward to her coming as after she feels fresh and ready for the day.

The two young women carers came three times a day. Were always very efficient, kind and caring. Were very thorough in all they did, did not rush things.

RMH has been extremely professional, thoughtful and caring from the beginning. If you have a suggestion or request they listen to you. The staff are excellent, my mother has bonded with her carers making everything simpler.

Our family have been extremely pleased with the care provided by RMHCare while they have been looking after our father. From the start, the team have been warm, professional, and genuinely compassionate.
The carers go above and beyond, treating our father with patience, respect and dignity.
Communication has been excellent, with updates given promptly and thoughtfully. We are truly grateful for the service received and would happily recommend to anyone looking for high-quality caring support for a loved one.

The staff's care of my wife, who is bedbound, is extremely caring and gentle. They are very patient and understanding of the patients needs. A very high level of service and care.

Good service. A very kind and helpful lady. She is always smiling and does my cleaning very willingly. She helps me with my lunch and is always smiling. I think of her as my daughter. Thank you very much. I am very happy with her. She does everything. She is a beautiful angel and we need more people
like her.

Mostly timely. Very caring and do the work well. Accommodating where possible. Take on feedback from us and adapt. Tasks they can do are restricted because of mobility. Guess we have to adjust to some things also.

My carer very thorough and professional. She checks my medication asks if I have eaten, if not insists on making something. she is delightful to have as a carer and involves me in conversation.
