The care my dad has had from the carers who visit him four times a day is second to none. He is very pleased to be looked after by such lovely caring people. He described the care as exceptional and it makes such a difference to his day.

I have found them to be professional, efficient and helpful when treating my dad.
Given that my dad is classed as a difficult patient, due to his dementia.
I have also seen the team that come every day to be patient and not without a sense of humour.

The carers are very friendly and efficient. They are gentle when bathing my husband and caring for his needs. They arrive promptly three times each day and tidy up afterwards. We look forward to seeing them.

The team were fantastic with caring for my Nan. They were patient, understanding and kind. They were also extremely observant of any changes in her condition and worked with us to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. They were calm and caring in their approach and we feel so lucky to have had

My mother refused to be washed by any carer before. One of the carers changed all of that. My mother actually asked what time she was coming. So kind and caring always reassuring. An absolute good job.
