RMH Care looked after my mother two years ago when she was receiving end of life care and now care for my 96 year old father with a live in service. The kind and friendly staff carry out all the needs for him to a high standard. When the care began for my father, the manager listened to my requests for a quiet carer and this was provided. My father and I are very pleased with RMH Care and would highly recommend them.

My carer is a very nice and caring girl and I am happy with the care she gives me. She is always on time. Thank you!
I have found the home care staff to be very supportive at a difficult time for me. I have received home visits from two carers and both provided the support that made my post-hospital recovery at home much easier. Both have demonstrated expertise in dealing with a non-mobile client. They approached their work with confidence, although on one occasion there was a misunderstanding due to language difficulties - although it was nothing vital and soon resolved. I found both carers to be friendly, efficient and competent.
My mother suffered a stroke at the beginning of January which has left us all in shock and under considerable stress trying to attend to all her daily needs, keep everything running as normally as possible with her home and maintain a stable, loving environment in which she has the best hope of some form of recovery. As the only one in the family able to provide 24 hour care, I have found the daily visits from your team of considerable help and comfort. Mum has been able to communicate how much she likes the carer who attends each day to help her, who has been gentle, patient and professional throughout her visits to date. To have her treated with dignity and compassion was my greatest wish, and I am very grateful that that has been the case. My calls to your service have been responded to promptly and professionally, which again has helped to take some of the horrible anxiety out of the situation. Thank you.
All the carers have been excellent, especially one in particular, who is very caring and gentle with my husband. I cannot fault him.
The home care staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. They come regularly three times a day and look after an extremely ill patient with total sympathy and patience. They do everything required of them and more. I am more than satisfied with the level of care provided.
We are very pleased with the palliative care RMH has provided for our 86-year-old mum - they treat her with care and gentleness, which is the most important thing to us as a family - they are reliable and punctual and have been a great support to us as a family - the manager has been very supportive with helping us - thank you.

The day after my husband came out of hospital two kind ladies introduced themselves to me. The first visit was the morning one. Both were kind and gentle and had good advice for me. They would do anything necessary for my husband. A young man came in the evening. He was excellent too.
My experience has been great with one carer, in particular, she truly is amazing.

This review is mainly for the two regular carers who have carried out most of the care. They are both excellent with very good temperament and patience. My father is not the easiest to deal with but they manage him very well. They are punctual and organised. They work well as a team. The care is given three times a day, 10am, 2pm and 5pm. They bed bath him, change his pads, change the bedsheets and give him his medication. They are both an asset to your team and to their respective families. The other carers who have come have also been good.
We are happy with the service.
My father has had very good reliable care. The manager and carers understand my father's needs and treat him with respect and empathy. The manager is particular about making sure all rules are followed. The carers are good communicators.
My mother has received care from the agency since leaving the hospital and we are really pleased with the care provided by the young carer. She is so lovely and treats my mother with respect and dignity. We requested for a carer who spoke Gujarati or Hindi and they were able to accommodate, which has been a godsend for her. We are very pleased with the service RMH is providing. Thank you.

Two carers came four times a day to keep my husband clean and comfortable, in the last weeks of his life. He could do nothing for himself and they looked after him with such kindness and gentleness. I can only say, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
