My father has had very good reliable care. The manager and carers understand my father's needs and treat him with respect and empathy. The manager is particular about making sure all rules are followed. The carers are good communicators.

My mother has received care from the agency since leaving the hospital and we are really pleased with the care provided by the young carer. She is so lovely and treats my mother with respect and dignity. We requested for a carer who spoke Gujarati or Hindi and they were able to accommodate, which has

Two carers came four times a day to keep my husband clean and comfortable, in the last weeks of his life. He could do nothing for himself and they looked after him with such kindness and gentleness. I can only say, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

RMH Care were proposed as the care provider for my elderly father when he came out of hospital for end-of-life care. RMH care were very proactive in taking dad on as a client, contacting me and visiting dad's home to assess the situation. The personal care visits were on-time, calm and efficient, and
as dad's pressure sores became more of a problem, the visitors took care to turn him as advised.
We are really grateful to RMH for the personal care they took of dad over his final few months, and would be happy to recommend them.

Very happy with the young carers that come three times a day. They are very gentle, very polite and calm with my husband. When he uses the commode they are very calm and take their time cleaning him up. When he is breathless they don't rush him until he is ready to carry on. Well done girls keep going.

Provided care packages with this provider for my 86-year-old father, who has a fractured neck. The carer provided has been a Godsend. Whilst being an honest and polite young man and demonstrates a good sense of humour, his greatest strength has been his attention to detail, from assessing my father's
condition to providing support (care) with respect to his injury. In over one week, we have seen exceptional gains in my father's road to recovery.

The kind young lady assisting my mother is an absolute gem and a Godsend. She is highly professional in her dealings and, at the same time, very considerate of my mother's needs and requirements.
To top it all, she speaks a couple of Asian languages, which is worth a bag of glad as far as my mother
is concerned, without she would not have coped.

After three months in hospital and rehabilitation, I was fortunate to have been allocated RMH Care Ltd for my care at home. Although my care need is just one morning visit daily the staff are very punctual, professional, kind and supportive making sure I am comfortable. They pay attention to detail
making sure that sheets and pillows are arranged properly and leave everything nice and clean and tidy when finished. Thank you, your help is much appreciated.

The carers are punctual and most importantly caring. They are respectful of the client's needs and very helpful and accommodating. Given the number of clients they need to visit on a daily basis I am always amazed at how they turn up on time for each day's appointment.
NB. I am the husband of the
person receiving the care as she is too ill to comment herself.

All the staff have been extremely kind and supportive to the client and the family. Always talking to the client whilst caring for them, using their name and explaining what they are doing. Their dedication to ensure the client is always comfortable has been remarkable. Night care has been amazing,
taking the stress from the family but knowing your loved one is in safe hands. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, punctual, polite, courteous. No hesitation in recommending them.
