I am very happy with the carers.

We find the overall service received exceptionally good. My mother, who is 82 years old, is very pleased with the polite attitudes and the care given by both carers. They arrive on time and assist with my mother's care in a professional manner and cheer her up if she feels down, which puts her at ease. My mother is happy. Also, she asks for them by name, so is used to them and the way she is helped to shower, feeding, dressing etc. The manager pushes me to inquire if I have any issues to check all is okay and is always polite. Thanks.

My dad's carers are very professional and caring and always ensure his needs are met. When they are looking after my dad, I am always confident he is being well looked after and that his medical and healthcare needs are being met, which takes a lot of worry away. My dad is happy when his two designated ladies are with him, and he thinks highly of both of them. Thank you for all the help you give him. It is really appreciated.

I have had the services of carers from January 2023 until October 2023. The care I have received has been excellent in every way. Every carer I have met has been kind, caring and otherwise delightful in every way. I now no longer require their services but have been more than happy with the service I have received. Thank you very much to everyone concerned.

I have been caring for my father for over ten years with my family and a hospice charity put this care package in place through 'hospice at home' service. I found the service was excellent as he has two carers, three times daily. They are punctual, professional and respect my home. They are able to advise and refer based on experience. I have had a very good and exceptional service which has made my dad comfortable and the family reassured.

My mother came out of a hospice and it was arranged that RMH Care would provide carers for my mother at home. I cannot emphasise how professional and caring this company is. They are always in communication with us, if one of the carers is going on holiday another carer is trained alongside the other one so it is consistent care. The carers themselves are very attentive and professional, they make my mother feel very comfortable, they report any issues to the family so it is a relief to know that she is being well looked after. I would highly recommend this company.

Carers are friendly and very helpful. They’ve been amazing with my mother. They arrive on time and make sure my mother is fed and cleaned and that she feels as comfortable as she can be. The management team is also very good.

My father has been bed-bound for three years and has a Storma bag that needs changing at least three times a day. He has suffered a number of heart attacks and strokes and numerous other complications and ailments. The care team are caring and dedicated and very good at their job. I was very grateful as I am the only person who lives in the house with my father, and I do shift work at the moment. My father, who is in his 80s and whose condition has worsened considerably, has been placed in a care home by the NHS, which I am very thankful for as he needs constant 24/7 care.

Your carers are very good especially three carers in particular.

I can fully trust the carer looking after my husband while I have some respite. He is professional, caring and treats my husband with respect and dignity in the last days of his life. His timekeeping is good, he has followed instructions, he is reliable and friendly but not overhearing and has a calming effect which is so important. I would recommend this provider.

I am very satisfied with my carer, she is always on time very kind and considerate with my needs. I need help with showering and I feel so relaxed with her. She treats me with dignity, I can't fault her at all.

It is such a pleasure to write a review for RMH Care, who have dramatically improved our wellbeing through their team of wonderful, kind and thoughtful carers. RMH are fantastic and have been our answer in a time of need. The management are very understanding and supportive and our carers, that we see every day, feel like family. Our daily carers are positive, loving and friendly and they are now such a part of us. They are also administering medication. We also sit together and stimulate my husband by playing word games. In general, this group has changed our lives and we are very proud and thankful to be part of their care package.

I’d like to submit a review concerning my carer, who I’ve had now for all of June. It’s difficult to give up some independence, but at this time the help and assistance is very much needed and appreciated. My carer has been absolutely brilliant; she is thorough, careful and so kind. She is so helpful, nothing is a problem and she goes over and above. She is communicative, but not overbearing, and just so kind. Thanks ever so much!

Always come on time.

Very satisfied with the care and punctuality of the two providers (ladies).

First, they start with experienced staff for one week, then next week, staff with no experience turn up and don't know what is their job description. I myself have to do their job for them. One day only one staff the manager send out, could not believe a manager with so much experience could do that. We speak English in our home, and staff speak different languages around my husband, one asks me if don't understand English. That's very rude. The staff are very friendly and helpful but some of them need proper training.
