All the staff have been very friendly and easy to chat to regarding any concerns with my Father in law.
The carers have been wonderful in assisting us as to the care required having carried out instructions to the full.
We have been delighted with all levels of communication and care during this
time and very much recommend their services to any one looking for a carer.

I buried my father last week. He died peacefully in his sleep with dignity in the comfort of his own home. RMH Care Ltd were a big part of that. We couldn't have given my father the quality of life that he had towards the end without them. Always on time, the same familiar faces, always willing to
do whatever was needed to put my father's comfort first. Always there for mum and I. It's not easy to lose someone but I take solace in the fact that we did everything we could to ease his passing. Thank you. I won't forget what you did for him.

My uncle was very reluctant + defensive of having carers. They have adjusted to his ways + needs and he is settled with the set up now, which is a massive achievement. I'm grateful for what they do + the communication. My uncle is also grateful.

As a family we have found the carers at RMH care to be very professionally friendly. The thing I really like about RMH care is the two carers that go into care for my mum and dad are always the same two girls and consistency and a familiar face is very important. Their time keeping is impeccable, especially
as they are reliant on public transport.

I am really pleased with the 3 main girls who come and look after my mum. They have developed a wonderful rapport with her, which has been fundamental to her success as she has dementia - so its wonderful that she sees the same faces. The carers go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and comforted
when gets distressed. They have taken care to work with me, to ensure they understand her needs. They go out of their way to make her laugh and they bring great joy to her life.

Our main carers are like angels (sometimes they are replaced to provide days off). They completely understand how to manage sometimes complex situations. They are both excellent communicators and respond immediately to suggestions from me.
Their timing, hygiene, experience and knowledge is so reassuring
for me, and they have engaged easily with my Dad. Thank you.

The carer has attended to the client's needs for over a year. We have been extremely satisfied with the hard work the carer has put in to care for my partner.
