A very pleasant carer and my wife looks forward to her coming as after she feels fresh and ready for the day.

Our assigned carer is very attentive, always on time and very kind. We couldn't be happier.

The two young women carers came three times a day. Were always very efficient, kind and caring. Were very thorough in all they did, did not rush things.

Dad particularly liked being clean and having a nice shave.

RMH has been extremely professional, thoughtful and caring from the beginning. If you have a suggestion or request they listen to you. The staff are excellent, my mother has bonded with her carers making everything simpler.

The carers go above and beyond, treating our father with patience, respect and dignity. Communication has been excellent, with updates given promptly and thoughtfully. We are truly grateful for the service received and would happily recommend to anyone looking for high-quality caring support for a loved one.

The staff's care of my wife, who is bedbound, is extremely caring and gentle. They are very patient and understanding of the patients needs. A very high level of service and care.

Good service. A very kind and helpful lady. She is always smiling and does my cleaning very willingly. She helps me with my lunch and is always smiling. I think of her as my daughter. Thank you very much. I am very happy with her. She does everything. She is a beautiful angel and we need more people like her.

Mostly timely. Very caring and do the work well. Accommodating where possible. Take on feedback from us and adapt. Tasks they can do are restricted because of mobility. Guess we have to adjust to some things also.

My carer very thorough and professional. She checks my medication asks if I have eaten, if not insists on making something. she is delightful to have as a carer and involves me in conversation.

Carers give me a good service. However I would like them to speak English at all times.this would me me feel more included whilst in their care.

My wife has only been using the service for a few days, and the experience so far has been excellent. This is down to the personal work of the carers Guri and Jenny. If these ladies are representative of all staff, then I am sure clients will be very satisfied. Not enough experience to assess Management and value for money.
