My father has very recently started using home help with this service. He is very happy with the help so far. The member of staff arrives on time and is courteous to all family they meet. Their care and patience is very much appreciated. They also treat my father with respect. Management is professional
and understands the needs required of the client.

The service and care provided by RMH and staff was excellent, could have not been better. Thank you very much. But I would really like to thank the two young ladies who come around to our home four times a day to care for my wife. I think they do a wonderful and caring job.

My experience with this company's services has been exceptionally good. The carers are friendly and very helpful, arrive on time. They have been wonderful with my mom. My mom had a cervical collar, they provided excellent care. Carers are very good at their jobs. Now my mom's collar was removed, she
was completely fine and I was so grateful to all carers.

The care for my husband was arranged through the hospice. I have had two carers covering some nights and a few daytime hours. Both have been helpful and polite. As cre is always individual, they are willing to learn, adapt and be flexible to meet our needs. So far I am happy with the agency and the

It has only been a few days, and my Mother has found them caring and willing to adapt to her personal needs. Have made a difficult situation for Mum better with their care. Also altered me to some medications the GP needs to provide. Thank you.

Considering both girls are using public transport they have been consistently on time. They have always been polite and caring and tell me of any details of their service that they think I should know. It is also nice that of the pair that come at least one of the pair has always been here, so I don't
have to tell anyone where things are. In conclusion would like to thank you for the service provided which is hard work and dedication by the girls provided.

RMH provided carers for my 91-year-old mother who came home for palliative care. They were extremely professional in all respects. My mum had a very complex wound and stoma to manage in conjunction with the district nurse, and they were able to take this on after only one training session with the stoma
nurse, who was extremely impressed with their skill level. They were punctual at all times, but also flexible to allow coordination with district nurses. They adapted to my mum’s changing clinical needs and were polite and courteous to the family. They treated my mum with the utmost dignity and respect. Her care has been truly outstanding, and I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

We find the overall service received exceptionally good. My mother, who is 82 years old, is very pleased with the polite attitudes and the care given by both carers. They arrive on time and assist with my mother's care in a professional manner and cheer her up if she feels down, which puts her at ease.
My mother is happy. Also, she asks for them by name, so is used to them and the way she is helped to shower, feeding, dressing etc. The manager pushes me to inquire if I have any issues to check all is okay and is always polite. Thanks.

My dad's carers are very professional and caring and always ensure his needs are met. When they are looking after my dad, I am always confident he is being well looked after and that his medical and healthcare needs are being met, which takes a lot of worry away. My dad is happy when his two designated
