The carer has been regular, on time, and attentive. She is always patient and willing to follow my Mother-in-laws wishes.
She accompanied me walking up the road to improve my mobility. After completing tasks she would ask if anything else needed doing. She was a very kind young lady.
The service has been provided to us for ten days now (since 10/10/24). They are always punctual, caring, and polite They perform their duties well and always ask questions about his well-being and how they can help. Overall we are very satisfied.
From our experience, we would recommend RMH. The carers from RMH Care are very kind. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in everything they do. The best descriptive words are their gentleness, friendly nature, and slow and careful handling. Dad is 95 and is 6 ft and 14 stone, so it's not easy. The carers and the manager are very approachable, adaptable, and consistent. They have built up a good friendship with Dad, with conversations that he can respond to. Dad is very happy to see them every time.

A particular member of staff has been caring for my husband for a few weeks now and we are very satisfied so far. She is very co-operative and caring.
My wife has terminal cancer and has completely lost mobility. She has become very frail. Two carers from RMH have come to our home, three times per day for a week and provided excellent care for her. They have given her daily washes, made the bed and seen to her needs, making her very comfortable. They always arrived punctually at the agreed time and their service was very much appreciated by both of us.
We have been very impressed with the high level of service my mother has received. The staff have been polite, helpful, informative, friendly and attentive. We would like to thank you all for making our mums' last moments here so comfortable.

I was visited by a friendly, professional team of two people who discussed my father's medical situation and needs. The care was arranged to start when we needed it. The carer is attentive and kind to my father, works well and also pays attention to the small details which make a difference. She arrives on time and is liked by my father. The administrative side has also been good to deal with.

The carers have been wonderful. They are kind, considerate and very caring. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very gentle, they don't make my Mum feel rushed and they always have a nice smile. Jobs that require bending and kneeling have been carried out for me. There has been excellent rapport in conversation. The carers are more than just doing their jobs. They care for their clients (service users). There is heartfelt conversation and sharing of family heritage. Jobs are carried out with efficiency and accuracy. There have been occasions of call timings being late due to unforeseen circumstances in traffic. Routines have been established superbly. Satisfaction, excellence, confidence, hope in the impact delivered by this amazing service.
My father has very recently started using home help with this service. He is very happy with the help so far. The member of staff arrives on time and is courteous to all family they meet. Their care and patience is very much appreciated. They also treat my father with respect. Management is professional and understands the needs required of the client.

The service and care provided by RMH and staff was excellent, could have not been better. Thank you very much. But I would really like to thank the two young ladies who come around to our home four times a day to care for my wife. I think they do a wonderful and caring job.

Very grateful for the care received. Carers are efficient, hardworking and prompt, always arriving with a smile to cheer us up. They are always arriving with a smile to cheer us up.
