I have had the very best experience and care possible.

As a family we have found the carers at RMH care to be very professionally friendly. The thing I really like about RMH care is the two carers that go into care for my mum and dad are always the same two girls and consistency and a familiar face is very important. Their time keeping is impeccable, especially as they are reliant on public transport.

I am really pleased with the 3 main girls who come and look after my mum. They have developed a wonderful rapport with her, which has been fundamental to her success as she has dementia - so its wonderful that she sees the same faces. The carers go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and comforted when gets distressed. They have taken care to work with me, to ensure they understand her needs. They go out of their way to make her laugh and they bring great joy to her life.

The two male carers are absolutely excellent. From the first meeting with them we struck very good relations. Very polite and gives me the feeling of confidence in both of them. Could not speak more highly of them. They are an excellent example for your company.

The carers are very nice and patient with my grandma, they are always on time and do everything they can. They learnt how to communicate with her, even though she doesn't understand English. I apricate their help.

The carers have shown understanding, kindness and ultimate respect for our mother. It became necessary to have overnight care and we had absolute confidence that all our mother's needs were being met.

My carer has been very caring and tries to help in each and every way. Really recommend her, I am so glad to have her as my carer. Really appreciate all her help and kindness.

Very happy with the service. The carers have been very professional, polite and attentive. They are always on time and would always ask if there was anything that my father (service user) needed help with.

The carer has been regular, on time, and attentive. She is always patient and willing to follow my Mother-in-laws wishes.

She accompanied me walking up the road to improve my mobility. After completing tasks she would ask if anything else needed doing. She was a very kind young lady.

The service has been provided to us for ten days now (since 10/10/24). They are always punctual, caring, and polite They perform their duties well and always ask questions about his well-being and how they can help. Overall we are very satisfied.

From our experience, we would recommend RMH. The carers from RMH Care are very kind. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in everything they do. The best descriptive words are their gentleness, friendly nature, and slow and careful handling. Dad is 95 and is 6 ft and 14 stone, so it's not easy. The carers and the manager are very approachable, adaptable, and consistent. They have built up a good friendship with Dad, with conversations that he can respond to. Dad is very happy to see them every time.

Kind and courteous, always on time. They inform the family of their observations of Mum. Overall excellent service.
