We offer flexible hours:

• 16 hrs weekly
• 20 hrs weekly
• 30 hrs weekly
• Full-time up to 40+ hrs
• Mix of 6 hr, 8hr and 10hr or 12hr shifts.

No experience? Not a problem! Experience is desirable, but we provide full training and ongoing support.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within their own homes, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing etc).
• Support with medication administration.
• Prepare meals and support with dietary needs. (Food & Fluids support)
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
• Assist with Community engagement and appointment if needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor client health and report any concerns.

What we are looking for:

• Genuine passion for care and helping others.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability to work alternate weekends (negotiable).
• UK driving licence is required (Company car available)
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Previous care experience is desirable but not required.
