Employment Type: PAYE (No Sponsorship Available)
Start Date: ASAP (Subject to DBS Checks, References & Induction Training)

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Live-in Carer to join our dedicated team. This rewarding role involves supporting a lovely couple in their own home in Rugby, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:

You’ll be providing a range of non-medical support tailored to the couple’s needs, including:

• Personal care and companionship
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals from scratch
• Supporting social outings and events (a UK driving licence is preferred)

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in live-in care, ideally with Dementia care experience
• Passionate about supporting others and providing outstanding care
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful in a professional home environment
• Confident preparing a variety of meals using fresh ingredients
• Driving licence holder (essential)

Requirements:

• Must have previous live-in care experience
• Available for immediate start
• Willing to complete DBS checks, provide references, and attend mandatory induction training
• Must have right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
• Employed via PAYE – not a self-employed position
