E2E Homecare Ltd is recruiting 4 full-time Experienced Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses across Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham, and the wider Tyne & Wear area.

This role includes personal care, as well as support to promote independence, dignity, social inclusion, and daily living skills. Care Support Workers will deliver safe, compassionate care within service users’ homes and in the community, enabling individuals to live as independently as possible.

Due to the requirement to travel between service user locations, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Support individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and light household duties

• Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times

• Support service users to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social activities

• Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional wellbeing

• Follow individual care and support plans accurately

• Maintain accurate records in line with company policies

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users at all times

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the care team

Skills & Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Caring, patient, and compassionate nature

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to carry out personal care tasks with dignity and respect

• Reliable, professional, and flexible

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A minimum of 6 months previous care experience is essential
