Job summary
We’re open to appointing full-time, experienced Carers in the Lichfield area. Come and work for our forward-thinking, people-centred care agency, where compassion, innovation, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll have previously worked in personal care and dementia support, with flexibility to work early, late, and alternate weekends.
This role includes onboarding clients, mentoring other carers in our team, supporting hospital returns, and responding to business needs. NVQ Level 3 preferred, but we’ll fund this if needed. This could be a stepping stone to further your career in the care sector.
