Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead and develop our care operations. This is a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring quality standards, and supporting a growing team of carers and support staff.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
  • Lead, manage, and support care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and dignity
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
  • Conduct audits, monitor quality, and lead on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role within the health and social care sector
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
