Your Role: As our Registered Care Manager, you'll be responsible for:

· Leading and motivating our team to deliver outstanding care.

· Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a minimum ‘Good’ CQC ratings during inspections.

· Developing and implementing strategies to achieve high staff retention rates.

· Setting and achieving KPIs that reflect our commitment to delivering top-quality care services.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of care management experience.

· Proven track record of leading inspections to achieve a minimum ‘Good‘ CQC rating.
