Job summary

The duties include but not limited to:
Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing,
dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to
each person's needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support
to promote well-being and independence.
Maintain accurate
records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies and
procedures.
Assist with medication administration as directed by
healthcare professionals.
Support with meal preparation and
feeding when necessary, ensuring nutritional requirements are
met.
Facilitate effective communication between clients,
families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Drive clients or residents safely to appointments or outings when
required, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing home care is desirable but not essential. Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving transportation of clients. Good command of English language
