The carers are kind and respectful and do all tasks required well.

I am Jessica's mom, Jessica was diagnosed with autistic and non verbal since 21/2 years old. Jessica has been using the service since Jan2026. Our care coordinator is Alishbah, who always response our needs within minutes and very helpful. She always gave us advance notice of any changes in the care. Jessica current carer is Sumi. She come every weekends to give me some breaks. She is a very humble, kind and helpful person. She is very patient with Jessica which is very important for a severe autistic girl like her. Just want to say thank you to both Alishbah and Sumi. Appreciate!

She doesn't understand when I send her messages on the social media group. if there is a problem with carers, even when I speak to her on the phone, she doesn't seem to understand what I am trying to say to her.. getting back to me when she needs to to give me an update is very slow. if carers are running late, I have to message her to find out what is the reason why they are late.

I was very impressed by the way cordinator dealt with queries in professional way and even reassured us that if we have any further issues please contact me or office who would help efficiently to resolve any issues.

The care coordinator & agency are outstanding if there is any problem it is always quickly resolved . The staff are very good and alway help if there is an issue . All in all good agency . My daughter feels save with the carer as she has no speech but with her facile expresses it says she feels save with them .

We had another coordinator this month as usual coordinator was on leave. She was also very pr9ofessional and always reachable she was very pleasant. Carer ad always very helpful and always happy, makes my son very happy

My mother's care coordinator generally communicates well, sends rotas on time, and is approachable when issues arise. She is supportive overall, and while arranging cover can sometimes be challenging, she does her best to manage it and this is an area for further improvement. The management team is generally good and supportive, though more direct communication and involvement would be beneficial.

The Care Agency have been providing wonderful care for my mother who is elderly with dementia. The carers are very attentive and patient with my mum who in turn is very happy with her carers. They look after her well and attend to all her needs promptly. The Care Coordinator sorts out the Rota and any ongoing queries quickly. She is nice and very approachable.

One of our mums allocated carers from the agency is great - she looks after our mum very well, is very respectful, friendly and caring to my mum, ensuring mums wishes are taken into account in all aspects. The administration is also faultless and co-ordination of staff and managing the rota for the care is very efficient.

We have been receiving care services from Caring Hands for my father over the past four and a half years, and our experience has been consistently excellent. The standard of care provided has been exemplary, and our family is extremely pleased with the support and attention given.

I spoke to the managers about my health problems and what care I needed during an assessment and they completely disregarded that information. Then they gave me a carer that was not capable of doing anything that I needed her to do. I would ask the carer to do something and she would simply not do it. Sometimes I wondered if she understood English. She did. She simply did not do what I asked. She would huff and seem fed-up with me, and would not do it. This made me feel guilty for asking her to do, what I had paid her to do! I am paying for this with my own money because the NHS has abandoned me, yet again. I asked her to wash my hair a certain way, she didn't want to. She kept pulling it roughly and causing more breakage than necessary. I asked her if she has experienced wheeling people to places, using public transport, planning and following journeys, setting up the wheelchair, etc., and she said "yes" but did none of it.
