Excellent service, I needed a carer at short notice for my elderly Mother for an hour, shortly after phoning Caring Hands the carer arrived in about 30 minutes to attend to Mum.
The carer was brilliant she a had very helpful and compassionate attitude and the person I spoke to who organised the carer
was very helpful and professional.
I will definitely use this company again when needed!

She doesn't understand when I send her messages on the social media group. if there is a problem with carers, even when I speak to her on the phone, she doesn't seem to understand what I am trying to say to her.. getting back to me when she needs to to give me an update is very slow. if carers are running
late, I have to message her to find out what is the reason why they are late.

My daughter feels save with the carer as she has no speech but with her facile expresses it says she feels save

My mother's care coordinator generally communicates well, sends rotas on time, and is approachable when issues arise. She is supportive overall, and while arranging cover can sometimes be challenging, she does her best to manage it and this is an area for further improvement. The management team is

The Care Agency have been providing wonderful care for my mother who is elderly with dementia. The carers are very attentive and patient with my mum who in turn is very happy with her carers. They look after her well and attend to all her needs promptly. The Care Coordinator sorts out the Rota and
any ongoing queries quickly. She is nice and very approachable.

I spoke to the managers about my health problems and what care I needed during an assessment and they completely disregarded that information. Then they gave me a carer that was not capable of doing anything that I needed her to do. I would ask the carer to do something and she would simply not do it.
Sometimes I wondered if she understood English. She did. She simply did not do what I asked. She would huff and seem fed-up with me, and would not do it. This made me feel guilty for asking her to do, what I had paid her to do! I am paying for this with my own money because the NHS has abandoned me, yet again. I asked her to wash my hair a certain way, she didn't want to. She kept pulling it roughly and causing more breakage than necessary. I asked her if she has experienced wheeling people to places, using public transport, planning and following journeys, setting up the wheelchair, etc., and she said "yes" but did none of it.

My mother's care has become worry free due to the quality and concern of her carers and the vigilance and support of her care coordinator. Their interest in her well being is ongoing and active so I don't have to feel like I'm alone in supporting her. Great team and even the management team, all the

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Caring Hands. My carers are both very compassionate, caring, and responsible, they take good care of me! My coordinator is also brilliant and keeps me up to date if there are any changes with the care staff. He always responds to my texts and calls
promptly even when I contact him in the middle of the night, which is impressive. Overall both my carers and coordinator are brilliant and I am satisfied with their service.
