Role
We are currently seeking Care Workers to join our
dedicated team in the Kingston, Surbiton , Chessington,
Worcester Park, New Malden, Richmond, Sutton, Merton and
surrounding areas.
As a Care Worker, you will provide
personal care, companionship, and support with daily living tasks to
clients in their own homes. You will be expected to travel between
client visits, therefore, it is advantage if you are able to drive and
have your own reliable transport. This role is ideal for someone who
is caring, reliable, and enjoys helping others lead fulfilling lives.
If you are that person, we would like to hear from you. No previous
training is required, as full training will be provided, shadowing a
senior care worker in the field will be part of the training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily routines
- Supporting clients with medication, meals, and mobility
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Driving to clients’ homes in the local area
- Maintaining accurate care records and reports
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Requirements:
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
- Compassionate, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
