Hi I am not very happy with one of my staff as she did not wait until I have finished cooking she went to sleep in her bedroom and I was cooking on my own and burnt on my hand and arm and she shouted at me 2 times and I feel very scared of one of my staff and I am not even allowed to get a new staff
witch I think is unfair on me I should be allowed to have a choice of what staff I can have if I don't like a staff member that is not doing their job properly and my staff member doesn't like going on rides but the other staff dose as my other staff is young like me I would like someone that does their job properly.

We have been very happy with the excellent service provided by Wandle Healthcare Services. My partner has dementia and is assisted twice daily be Wandle Healthcare workers in our home. The healthcare workers are always prompt, polite and show a caring and empathetic attitude at all times in providing
personal service. Carers are specially for the client needs. Thank you to all the care workers who have visited us and assisted my partner with her daily care.

Wandle Healthcare Services looked after my Aunt for about 5 years through the challenges of dementia until she recently passed away. The Carers were all professional, compassionate, considerate and caring. Their patience, tolerance and kindness enabled my Aunt to remain at home despite the limitations
of her condition. Always on hand with a kind word and gentle hand to keep her calm in the stressful times, to cheer her up in the sad times and to laugh with her as she reminisced. They were a huge comfort to both her and the family. Thank you.

Wandle Healthcare Services cared for my mum for approximately 18 months until she passed away in March 2025.They were, without exception, kind, polite. And conscientious in all aspects of her care. We developed an excellent relationship to communicate and always had mums wishes at their heart. Mum was
not mobile towards the end of her life and looked forward to "her girls" visits ( these increased to 4 times a day). The office staff and supervisors were also excellent and helpful, always available to speak to. The service from Wandle Healthcare certainly enhanced her last year and gave me back the chance to be a daughter again.
