Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants
to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in
providing high-quality care, supporting individuals to maintain their
independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable environment in their homes.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Document and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing to senior staff.
- Ensure all care provided is in line with safeguarding protocols and company standards.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Prior experience in care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. A compassionate and empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts
