The carer arrived on time and completed the usual appt in the same cheerful manner.
This included showering me, helping me get dressed and applying creams. Also, light cleaning duties also.

The carer has been outstanding, always courteous, kind, encouraging, practical, efficient and prepared to go over and beyond the call of duty. He has a wonderfully caring and compassionate disposition. Provision of my mother's personal care is excellent and clinically executed. Bedtime preparation,
together with the intent always to enquire as to my mother's welbeing and comfort levels are precise and well planned, Prosper is able to be flexible and adaptable in seeking to provide comfort and physical care for my mother's needs, should her feelings and emotions oscillate. They both communicate together extremely well. He, also, seeks to think ahead, in preparing refreshments for her, as well as cleaning and clearing meticulously after her. Hygiene standards are outstanding.

My overall experience with NAC's West care has been very positive. From the initial meeting, with the company to the carers starting was excellent. Communication has always been excellent with management and staff. The carers are very conscientious, caring and very kind. I know my mum is in very safe
hands which means a lot. I would highly recommend this company.

I have found this company to be very efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. We have hired two members of staff care for my husband to date and they both have got on with the job, treat him with courtesy and respect and make life a lot easier for us both. The staff always look smart in their uniforms,
turn up on time and are always polite and very congenial. We are very satisfied with this company.

This is my first experience of having home help. From the initial home visit to assess my needs to the organisation of starting the regualr home help has been fantastic! My home help is great. I fully recommend Nac's West Care. I'm a very happy customer.

Some staff need to speak more cleaelty with clients who have a hearing problem.

The manager is amazing - she listens and delivers an absolute first-class service. Her fees are within the care her company provides. Always very supportive of her clients and family - nothing day/night is any trouble to her or to her staff. Staff are always kind caring and super supportive, especially
to the client. As a family, we have a particular member of staff who is so lovely so kind so supportive, and shows so much love for the job she does. Our mum is so loved and cared for - her dignity is first and foremost - we can go away on holiday and not worry. We get updates which makes our holiday so we are not fretting whilst away. We cannot ask for anything more - we get support - love - every step of the way.
