Skills / Qualifications:
- Fluent in Urdu and/or Arabic – to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of service users.
- A compassionate

- and respectful attitude towards individuals with care needs.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly across various locations in the UK.
- Ability to accurately follow care plans and instructions as per client needs.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written in English; multilingual ability is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of personal care support
- including hygiene
- mobility
- dressing
- and feeding.
- Willing to undergo training such as RQF Level 2 in Direct Care or similar qualifications.
- Capable of working independently and within a team
