Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a young lady with complex care needs in her own home on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 7 am to 8 pm

Role Overview

You will provide person-centred care to support daily living, health needs, and emotional wellbeing safely and respectfully.

Main Duties

• Supporting with PEG feeding (training provided if required)

• Assisting with medication support

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect

• Offering companionship and reassurance

• Following care plans and reporting any changes in well-being

Training & Support

• Full PEG feeding training will be provided where needed

• Ongoing training, supervision, and management support

About You

• Kind, patient, and compassionate

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential

• Willing to learn and undertake specialist training

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
