Job summary
A great opportunity has arisen for an efficient, organised and independent professional with solid care experience to join a highly reputable, and rapidly expanding Domiciliary Eden Ivy Care Team as a Field Care Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience in the health and social care sector and be willing and open to training and development.
· Deal with several aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting
- Carry out regular observations and supervisions of care workers within your area.
- Support service uses to achieve maximum independence.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with caregivers, the registered manager, clients and their families
- Attend to care calls
- Assist with record keeping
