I cannot recommend Eden Ivy highly enough; the care is superb, kind, compassionate and completely focused on the client and their family's needs. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers or the office staff who go out of their way to ensure the safety and comfort of their clients. Both of my parents were treated so well, although only the actual client and the rest of the family (2 daughters) were kept well informed about any concerns. The service was extremely flexible and was able to accommodate changing needs to support clients' needs. All the carers appeared to be trained in care and ensured that people's wishes and dignity was well maintained. We are so pleased that we chose Eden Ivy and received such excellent service. Thank you to them all.

I highly recommend Eden Ivy. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. They helped make looking after mum a lot easier. They helped keep mum as independent as possible for as long as possible. They are always willing to go the extra mile and help when needed.

Eden Ivy have visited mum everyday over the last few years checking that she is ok. Despite being diagnosed with dementia, she remained determinedly independent around the house but needed the careful touch that Eden Ivy can offer. The carers from Eden Ivy have always shown patience and are always so happy when they visit which was important with mum. As I live a distance away, receiving updates on how the daily visits have gone was always reassuring. Eden Ivy have been an enormous factor enabling mum to remain living at home and I would thoroughly recommend them.

From the start, the staff at Eden Ivy were extremely helpful. This was the first time we had the need to contact anyone to give my Dad a helping hand and they talked through what the options and help available. They came out to assess Dad at his flat and discussed what we would like. Even though, I was there, the staff from Eden Ivy talked TO Dad as well, not about Dad in his presence which was nice. We opted for a visit three days a week and this worked well for Dad. There was never any pressure from Eden Ivy to increase visits and we set up a handover book between them and the family to let us know what they've done and how dad was etc. They were flexible in their approach, always turned up, and even reminded us if visits were due to fall on bank holidays that this would incur an extra charge and asked whether we would still like a visit or whether the family would pop in that day instead. Dad enjoyed the company and the caring staff coming in. I would thoroughly recommend Eden Ivy

My husband is bedbound and need specialist support and care. The carers from Eden Ivy do this with a smile, patience and dignity.

This has made such a difference to my husband and myself. Nothing is ever too much for them and there is always someone available to talk to.

Each carer had a mobile phone, and if there were any issues, the office was contacted and dealt with immediately. I would give a 10 out of 10 rating.

Eden Ivy Care provide an excellent care service to my wife. They are kind and very attentive to her needs. They will report any issues, for example, bed sores, if they occur so that they can be treated. Never missing a care session.

Eden Ivy have looked after my father from 2020 until he passed away in April 2025. The carers are exceptional and could not do enough for him. They clearly cared for him as an individual not just another client and when he was having bad days, went far beyond what they were paid to do to make sure that he was OK. My father really enjoyed seeing the carers and loved having a joke and a laugh with them. I would highly recommend Eden Ivy Bexley.

I have been cared for for the past 18 months. In order to maintain care in the mornings, mainly drying after shower and applying relievers and creams. The service of making the bed, fetching and carrying a change of clothes, towels and hanging washing to dry. Preparation of a sandwich for lunch and a cup of tea before they go. Carers use common sense, offering help in all sorts of ways. Often, a short chat can help if alone all day. Carers are mainly of Indian origin - all so friendly 10/10.

The care company is a credit to the profession. The carers are invariably smartly dressed, very kind, and competent and friendly. I came to Eden a few years ago when they were caring for my wife, fortunately the company took me on when I needed help. How glad I am for that decision.

Great care provider, and always arrive at the time that's been arranged. They will call to say that mum is running low on milk or bread. I know that mum is well cared for giving me peace of mind. Would recommend 100%

I initially contacted Eden Ivy after being recommended by a friend for the end of life care of my mother. Her needs were thoroughly assessed by a supervisor and a care plan was put into place promptly. I was initially self funding but when mum was put onto continuing care a refund was promptly forthcoming. Without exception the carers were polite professional and sensitive to my mums needs and I was kept informed and involved throughout. When mum had a series of unwitnessed falls the carer arranged emergency response contacted me and stayed with her until I arrived. I cannot find fault in the care nor the administration of the business

Eden Ivy Care carers have been visiting my husband since the end of September after he was discharged from hospital. They are always friendly and kind to him when visiting, which is four times a day. He is bed bound which doesn't make their job easy and they always have a chat with him and are ready with a smile. I can ask them when I have questions and the girls are happy to talk to me. It is often not an easy job but they are always cheerful.

We first used Eden Ivy after my mum had a fall, fracturing her sacral bone, and required help at home. Eden Ivy was great, and the Manager was super helpful from the outset, liaising with the hospital regarding discharge. They were happy to provide all the help we needed, at very short notice, including overnight care. All of the carers were great, very friendly, sensitive to my mum's needs and went above and beyond in terms of help provided. We have since used Eden Ivy at various times, often during the winter months when mum was unable to get out so much and I wanted to be assured that she was having company and eating properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks to all the team.

My wife had carers 3 times a day all the staff who are excellent and made her day when they came and perked her up. Great service.

I and my family have known of and used Eden Ivy for 3 years both for the care needs of my wife in her terminal illness and of late myself during the treatment of my carcinoma and I have only praise for their care. They maintain a very high standard of care and as an ex-nurse, I have at times been extremely difficult and they have handled my anxiety with understanding and sympathy They have a multi-cultural range of staff from diverse countries and yet they all are bi-lingual before visiting clients on their own, and despite their diversity, the standards of care is consistent I have never heard a cross word spoken by them. They should be applauded for their care. The management is not heavy and has support structures built with an experienced central control manager. to direct help to any t member of the team. who is in difficulties. The teams adjust their work schedules to overcome any difficulties and maintain communication with each other on the progress of their work. Is reassuring to the client that he is in safe hands and that continuity is a constant priority when allocating staff to client which builds a rapport between client/carer and clarifies the client's needs. Value for money is difficult to assess in a caring environment as it depends on what the assessor values are but if it means that the services it gets far exceed the price I pay. Then it is a resounding yes, I have in my time worked and associated with many care agencies and consider Eden Ivy the agency the one that sets the standard for others to follow and it is my hope that they will be by my side until I succumb to my illness I would. Highly commend Eden Ivy to any potential clients.

Eden Ivy provided care at home for Mum who has multiple sclerosis for over 3 years. The management is fantastic at recruiting skilled caring professional carers, excellent at giving them clear instructions, amazing at communicating with family and putting both the client and her carers at the heart of everything. As a family we always felt reassured the care tasks were being carried out efficiently and never had to worry about anything. The team always kept us informed if products needed replacing or there were any concerns with Mum. Mum would never have been able to live at home with such disabilities if she hadn’t received such reliable daily support from Eden Ivy. Thank you.

A really lovely surprise for my Dad’s 90th. One of the carers brought him in a card, balloon and cupcakes. How lovely is that. Dad has some lovely carers who come to her and some of them are very supportive of his wife too.

Every one of the carers who look after Mum is kind and caring. They treat her with dignity. They treat her dignity. The owner of the company often comes to look after Mum too, so she is fully aware of her condition. They are also very good at supporting Dad. We are extremely happy with the service provider.
