I would recommend Eden Ivy Care to anyone needing care at home. The manager and her wonderful team are by far some of the most compassionate, kind, empathetic, and caring people I’ve known.

Eden Ivy Care Ltd were appointed by our NHS Trust to provide care for my terminally ill father. The family was nervous about the care he might received, but the whole team from day one were brilliant, both with my father and the family. They made a difficult time easier and I felt they treated my father how they would want a loved one cared for. We only knew the team for a short period, but if there was an option to select more than five stars, I would gladly do so. Amazing people and team. Thank you.

Eden Ivy were looking after Dad for nearly two years now and we cannot praise them enough for the care and attention Dad received during this time. Without exception, they are all caring, kind and gentle. Dad had complex needs due to his Parkinson's and Dementia and the Eden Ivy team provided the perfect care for Dad whilst maintaining his dignity. It is fair to say we really felt like they were family in the way they looked after him and there was genuine sadness when he passed away. They provide outstanding care and we highly recommend them.

The carers have been so kind and caring. They have understood Mum's needs and her hesitations and helped her overcome them. It is hard to suddenly need carers changing your pads etc but they quickly put her at ease and helped keep her dignity.

We have been using Eden Ivy Care for 3 years on and off and solely for the last 2 years. We couldn't rate them high enough. They looked after our dad in such a way that we felt almost as if they were family but extremely professional too.

The wonderful team of lovely ladies at Eden Ivy has been looking after my mum and supporting my dad for about a year. They are all so kind, caring and compassionate and their help has been invaluable. They have shown so much patience and dedication to looking after my mum, even on her most stubborn days. My dad has always spoken so highly of them. The whole team is well organised and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble - they're amazing and they really do care. The team at Eden Ivy have been providing care for my father-in-law for a year. Recently, he had a mini-stroke and quite a few falls. As a family, we had to make some changes to his daily living, it is no longer safe for him to go upstairs and now has a bed and commode downstairs. The help, support and advice received from all the team have been invaluable. The last few weeks have been difficult for him and ourselves. Eden Ivy has shown compassion for his feelings and ours. Kept us informed of any concerns. We are forever thankful and blessed to have such caring and compassionate carers looking after him.

The care provided by Eden Ivy is excellent. All of the carers are lovely and deal with Mum with respect - it brightens her day to be with them and makes my life easier to know that she's so well looked after.

They looked after my mum for 18 months and their care and concern for her made both hers and my life so much better. They are all very cheerful and made my mum happy. Mum looks forward to her visits 3-times a day from her carers. All of the carers spend time getting to know Mum and her needs. They are all polite and well-spoken. All the carers come already updated with the latest requirements. We would like to thank them very much for their care so far.

Brilliant service, wouldn’t be without now. Originally my wife was opposed to care but has taken to it like a duck to water. Enjoys the morning banter that sets her up for the day. Not regimented, you say what you need help with.
