Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor with office administration experience.
Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester & Worthing is seeking a confident, compassionate and proactive Field Care Supervisor to support our growing domiciliary and complex care services across West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and supporting colleagues in the community.
About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and supporting both our office team and care colleagues in the field.
You will:
*Support and supervise care staff in the community
*Carry out spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits
*Assist with care plan reviews and risk assessments
*Support with medication competency checks and audits
*Provide guidance and mentoring to new and existing staff
*Assist with training, shadow shifts and inductions
*Work alongside carers when required to support service users
*Be prepared to attend and deliver care calls where required to ensure safe and continuous service delivery
*Ensure care delivery is compliant with CQC standards and company policies
*Promote a positive, supportive and professional team culture

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in health & social care
*Experience supporting staff in the community
*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
*Excellent IT and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
*Strong understanding of person-centred care
*Flexibility and willingness to cover care calls when required
Desirable:
*Experience with complex care
*Medication competency and auditing experience
*Experience completing care plans and risk assessments
*Knowledge of CQC regulations
