Job summary
R&R Supported Living Ltd is recruiting committed and professional Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team in Walsall & Birmigham and surrounding areas.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who understand the importance of reliability, compassion and professionalism in community care.
You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Duties include:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Medication support

Meal preparation

Companionship and emotional support

Light domestic tasks

Community support
Essential Requirements
-
Full UK driving licence

Access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

Good written and verbal communication skills

A professional, punctual and dependable approach

Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Previous domiciliary care experience is preferred. Applicants must be committed to maintaining high standards of care and attendance.
