Registered Manager
Our service is led day-to-day by an experienced Registered Manager with over 18 years’ experience in adult nursing, working across both hospital ward settings and community NHS services.
• Managing complex health needs
• Supporting safe hospital discharge
• Risk assessment and care planning
• Safeguarding and person-centred practice
In addition to NHS experience, the Registered Manager previously owned and managed a domiciliary care service for 12 years, during which time the service maintained a “Good” CQC rating throughout. This long-standing regulatory history reflects a consistent commitment to quality, compliance, and safe care delivery.
Before moving into management and nursing, the Registered Manager also worked as a front-line carer for five years in a care home. This hands-on experience continues to shape how our service is run today — with a strong understanding of the realities of care work, the importance of compassion, and the value of consistency for the people we support.
