• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia or hospice needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care, assisted living, nursing homes, or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A valid driving licence required.
