Plaza Services Limited is a professional CQC-regulated domiciliary care provider delivering compassionate care to individuals living in their own homes across Finchampstead, Wokingham and the surrounding RG40 areas in Berkshire.

Due to service growth, we are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our community care team.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a meaningful career while making a real difference in people's lives.

What You Will Do

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their own homes across the Wokingham / RG40 area.

Your duties may include:

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
• Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Following care plans and risk assessments
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

You will work as part of a supportive professional care team.

• Morning visits

• Previous care experience
• NVQ / Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
