Home Care Assistant / Support Worker – Join Our Caring Team

About the Role

We are looking for warm, dedicated, and reliable Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently. If you have a genuine passion for helping others, this role offers meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Support with medication
• Assist with meal preparation and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light household tasks
• Support clients with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Record visit notes accurately using our digital care system
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Willingness to travel between clients
• Experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check (we can help arrange this)
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred (but not always essential, depending onthe  area)
