If you have experience in support working, Retail, Health care, Domiciliary care or are looking to start a new career then we encourage you to apply as full training will be provided for all

Our recruitment process will involve an interview and if successful a second stage 1 hour session with one of our care assistants so you get an insight into what the life of a carer is like.

Job Description

• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Support the implementation of personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a friendly and respectful environment
• Help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring safe transportation
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to coordinate care needs

Requirements

• You want to make a difference 
• Valid Right To Work
• Valid driving licence 
• Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
