Have used this care service for a while now. We are particularly pleased with the flexibility they offer. Mum had a hospital stay recently and they were able to quickly install high level care on her return home. All the carers have a lovely approach with Mum and knowing Mum has this level of care is a great comfort to the family.
Communication was great and we were kept informed of any concerns from the carers and care calls were consistent. This meant we were able to organise other appointments and could take our uncle out and be sure that we weren't going to miss any of his calls.
The management team were thorough in their assessments and expect a high level of care from the carers they employ and this shows.
I can't praise this company enough!
Absolutely brilliant staff and service, cant recommend enough... so caring and helpful.
Always responded quickly and sorted short notice extra visits when needed.
Would do anything for my sister and brother-in-law to make them feel happier and relaxed.
Would highly recommend.
We found care in our hands by word of mouth. At the time, we was under a council care provider and was not happy with the service. We met with the managers to get a feel of the place and straight away, we felt relaxed and they was very down to earth. We was more than happy for care in our hands to take over and provide the support our relative needed. The care staff was always very polite and friendly when we saw them. They also had the best interest of our relative at heart. Any queries or concerns, they would call us. We felt they kept us upto date with the service they provided. We cannot thank this team enough for all they provided to our relative. It kept him as independent as possible which is all that he wanted.
The wonderful company Care in Our Hands took excellent care of my mother right until she sadly passed away. My mum got on so well with all the carers and they became like family. The care my mother received was outstanding I cant thank the company enough.
All carers are very friendly. As always some are better than other, but all give an accepted service.
well I don't know where to start with this absolutely outstanding care company they go above and beyond for my wife they have been amazing with her .she was so private my wife. and she was dreading having a care company come in but the lady's who come to us day and night are not just care givers they are friends now they put her at ease and she has got her laughter back and is so nice to know they do there job properly they make sure she is clean. happy. and content I can say I've met quite a few of them now and hand on heart would recommend them to anyone who needs care. my wife had a bad stroke and a very lengthy say in the hospital she has been left paralyzed so is bed bound and has to have 24 hour care .well done to everyone who has been and helped me you lady's have helped me more than you could ever know and me and Debbie are very grateful for all you do for the both of us thank you I would be lost without you all x
Mum's carers are always on time, they treat mum with dignity and respect. Mum is often distressed by her condition but the carers are really patient with her. Without their care mum would not be able to live at home so thank you for all your help.
My care providers are all excellent. I would recommend this company all the staff and management are great.
They are clean and tidy and present well.
Care in our Hands provide a friendly, caring and very efficient service. At the moment it is only domestic help I receive, but I know that should I require more personal care in the future, then, as many bodies my friends have testified, this is also first class.
As a family we were kept well informed of any changes in her situation
Best of all they have become our friends
My husband and l are truly grateful for the help we receive a massive thank you to you all
The care my mother In law receives is above and beyond. All my mother in laws needs are met with dignity and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company 100%.
At the outset they helped me think about what my care arrangements might look like and they have adapted them as my needs have evolved.
The carer employees are great! They have a wide range of caring, domestic, social and supportive skills. They are a helpful and reassuring presence as well as friendly and fun, I look forward to their visits. Overall the company and it's employees provide a really good, safe, effective care service and I am really pleased with them.
My Mum currently has 3 care calls a day. The carers are all friendly, caring and understand my Mums individual needs. The care has enabled my Mum to stay in her own home.
My Mum is proud and independent but has come to accept their help for all her care needs including, meals, laundry, hygiene, house work, social interaction and many other care needs.
Care in our Hands are always available to discuss any changes in my Mums needs and adapt quickly to these. Their communication is excellent, and help me as a daughter to come to terms with her diagnosis and support my needs as a carer too.
I would highly recommend this company.
I cannot praise this company enough we're do I start as after having another company first was a shock to see how my dear friend was treated wasn't good enough, this company go above beyond shopping cleaning caring and so much more, but compassionate kind that I actually cried with relief as you can imagine knowing my beloved friend was treated amazingly after such a difficult ordeal she is now so happy and confident and looks forward to seeing these angels who make my job easier as well. I have no worries and would certainly recommend this company and thank god I found these ladies.
We met at their home and a full assessment was undertaken individually on my parents. Sadly my father has since moved in to a care home and the team have supported my mum with this massive change and how it has impacted on her.
The care plan is tailored to my mums individual needs. It is reviewed and remains current to all changes dementia brings. Care in Our Hands have made the decision easier for me to keep my mum in her own home. They have undoubtedly become my lifeline in making sure my mum continues to have a good standard of life in her latter years.
First class care , nothing is to much trouble for the care team. All are a credit to the company. The manager and the team are efficient, friendly and give my brother good quality of life . All are supportive of him along with empathy, patience and adaptability.
We took on Care in Our Hands to take over from another company that we had caring for my dad who we were not happy with. They have been brilliant, and everything is taken care of exactly as it should be. Their carers are very caring and communicate with us well. My dad is much more settled and relaxed within himself now and so are we. Thank you so much
