My mother was cared for at home by Care In Our Hands until December 2024 when she fell and was hospitalised. She loved her carers and looked forward to their visits. They had time to help her with personal care, picking her clothes out for the day and getting in groceries iif she needed any. Also preparing
her breakfast and lunch and calling in the evening to make sure she had eaten her dinner and help her to get ready for bed, later putting her to bed.
As a family we were kept well informed of any changes in her situation

We have only been using this service for a few months and cannot speak highly enough of the care provided. The flexibilty around arranging care provision is brilliant and mum enjoys the company of every carer she has. Going forward, we will be continuing with the care provision for the foreseeable-
something that mum has finally requested!

After having issues with a council run Care provider, we decided it was in the best interest of our relative to move Care providers. We was made aware of care in our hands by some ex care workers, that had worked with our relative prior. We attended a meeting to see what Care package could be provided
and discuss any concerns that had arisen with the Care provider previously. As soon as we met the managers, we felt so at ease and could just tell, that thier clients health and welfare was thier no1 priority. We then met with the managers and our relative so see how they felt and again, it was just laughter. The communication between the care team and client/family is A* and are always on the end of the phone if we ever need them. All the carers we have come to meet, are all so polite, professional and very caring. We can't fault this team at all. We are so glad we moved over to them.

The care my mother In law receives is above and beyond. All my mother in laws needs are met with dignity and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company 100%.

I've been a client of this company since last December. The management / owners are friendly, approachable, professional, care-centered and flexible.
At the outset they helped me think about what my care arrangements might look like and they have adapted them as my needs have evolved.
The carer
employees are great! They have a wide range of caring, domestic, social and supportive skills. They are a helpful and reassuring presence as well as friendly and fun, I look forward to their visits. Overall the company and it's employees provide a really good, safe, effective care service and I am really pleased with them.

We have used Care in Our Hands since June 2024 for my 85 year old mother who lives alone. Her memory has declined over this time and she has been diagnosed with dementia in January 2025.
My Mum currently has 3 care calls a day. The carers are all friendly, caring and understand my Mums individual
needs. The care has enabled my Mum to stay in her own home.
My Mum is proud and independent but has come to accept their help for all her care needs including, meals, laundry, hygiene, house work, social interaction and many other care needs.
Care in our Hands are always available to discuss any changes in my Mums needs and adapt quickly to these. Their communication is excellent, and help me as a daughter to come to terms with her diagnosis and support my needs as a carer too.
I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot praise this company enough we're do I start as after having another company first was a shock to see how my dear friend was treated wasn't good enough, this company go above beyond shopping cleaning caring and so much more, but compassionate kind that I actually cried with relief as you can
imagine knowing my beloved friend was treated amazingly after such a difficult ordeal she is now so happy and confident and looks forward to seeing these angels who make my job easier as well. I have no worries and would certainly recommend this company and thank god I found these ladies.

Having used Care in our Hands for my Aunt from March 2023 -December 2023 , I could not believe the high standards they worked to. So when it came apparent I needed care for my parents i instantly turned to the Care in Our Hands Team.
We met at their home and a full assessment was undertaken individually
on my parents. Sadly my father has since moved in to a care home and the team have supported my mum with this massive change and how it has impacted on her.
The care plan is tailored to my mums individual needs. It is reviewed and remains current to all changes dementia brings. Care in Our Hands have made the decision easier for me to keep my mum in her own home. They have undoubtedly become my lifeline in making sure my mum continues to have a good standard of life in her latter years.

We took on Care in Our Hands to take over from another company that we had caring for my dad who we were not happy with. They have been brilliant, and everything is taken care of exactly as it should be. Their carers are very caring and communicate with us well. My dad is much more settled and relaxed

Although Mum's care company are relatively new, the carers and management have demonstrated complete respect and kindness for Mum. Mum, who is living with Alzheimer's, has always been supported with dignity and in a way that is individual to her. There is very good communication between the care organisation
and myself and if there have been any concerns about her physical or mental well-being, they have reported this to me immediately. Similarly, I feel that the carers and management have listened to us too. I'm very confident that Mum's care needs are being effectively met, so much so, that I've been able to go away on holiday, safe in the knowledge that Mum is being supported to the highest of standards.
