Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual seeking a meaningful role? At Kinect Services, we’re looking for Live-In Carers to support our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
About the Role
As a Live-In Carer, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including older adults, those with learning disabilities, dementia, or physical disabilities. You will live with the client in their home for a set duration, providing high-quality care tailored to their individual requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Support with medication administration and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals and support with household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred (Live-in care experience desirable)
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
