Job Opportunity: Experienced Live-In Carers needed across the UK

We are seeking dedicated live-in carers to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals with advancing frailties. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience supporting service users with diverse needs and delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Whether you are experienced or new to live-in care, if you have a genuine passion for caring, we’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in caring for individuals with varying mental and physical conditions. (ideal but not essential, as full training and support will be given)
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, initiative, and a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our service users.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work across the country where our service users will be based.
