Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care service in West London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care, and leading the staff team effectively.
The role requires someone who is confident in managing operations, supporting staff development, maintaining quality assurance systems, and building positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily running of the domiciliary care service

Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and other relevant standards

Lead, support and manage office staff and care staff

Monitor quality, safety and service performance through audits, spot checks and reviews

Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and investigations appropriately

Support care planning, risk management and person-centred service delivery

Maintain effective relationships with commissioners, professionals and stakeholders

Drive service improvement and support business growth where required

Ensure safe staffing levels, effective rotas and good staff performance management

Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, independence and excellent outcomes
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager in health and social care

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation

Experience in domiciliary care

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure

Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it

Full right to work in the UK

Full UK driving licence preferred
