The Role
We are currently recruiting caring and reliable Overnight Care Workers to join our team. You will work in pairs and travel between clients’ homes throughout the night, carrying out scheduled welfare checks to ensure our clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported.

This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, responsible, and comfortable working overnight while supporting vulnerable individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct overnight welfare checks for clients in their own homes

  • Work collaboratively with a partner to travel between scheduled visits

  • Ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and well during overnight hours

  • Respond appropriately to any concerns or changes in a client’s wellbeing

  • Maintain accurate records of visits and observations

  • Provide reassurance and support to clients when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Kind, compassionate, and reliable individuals

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
